Artforms team
Artforms is a dedicated collective of skilled and experienced artists, creators and engineers who have a true appreciation of visual art and a desire to transform environments. We have come together to create our own artworks and offer support to other artists in their craft. We love a challenge and are determined to design and build the best, no matter how complex or challenging the concept.
We are driven to create the best quality artwork for a fair price.
With years of proven success in the creative arts, design and engineering fields, our team combines their expertise to produce large scale sculptures for both private and public domains.
We have the skills to see a creation from inception to installation.
Albert de Boer
Albert de Boer heads up the overall construction and fabrication arm of the design team. He has strong project management skills and adheres to all Quality Management Systems within the Australian Standards. Albert’s role within the team is to pull together the commercial, design and artistic disciplines of the project. Albert has been involved in many major construction projects and has the capabilities to oversee entire projects from the ground up. He has designed and constructed complete manufacturing plants and has a deep understanding of engineering principles. Albert’s extensive engineering and design knowledge incorporates automation, fabrication, and structural, civil, electrical, chemical, and mechanical engineering. He has a large technical base and a hands-on approach to fabrication, design and use of materials. Albert directs graphics, drafting and fabrication teams and has experience in 3D modelling.
Albert can make you anything, if he can’t make it he knows a man who can.

How we work together
Years of experience and cooperation have led to the collaboration of a group of talented, hard
working and driven individuals. Our wide ranging areas of expertise complement each other and
enable us to
design,
problem-solve, fabricate and install high quality artworks at a
fraction of the cost of that met by an individual artist.
We are artists, engineers, skilled fabricators, project managers, graphic designers, web
designers, writers, educators and qualified installers. With diverse skills, creativity and
technical know-how, we collaborate to deliver exceptional results.
Over many years we have built up an excellent rapport with our suppliers. This allows us to
access the best quality materials and skills at sensible prices.
Our Bibra Lake workshops have capacity for large scale projects. Our fabrication and
design elements are housed together to aid communication and encourage the exchange of ideas. We
also have a network of support workshops throughout WA and Australia which can be called upon,
as required, which form part of our extensive resources.
Our determination to create only the best is visible in the standard of our work and the
testimonials of the people and organisations who are now custodians of our art.

Arts And Culture Statement
We strongly believe that art has a vital role to play in the growth and development of a vibrant
and dynamic multi-cultural society.
Visual arts are a sign of a healthy, forward-thinking and inspirational community. They make our
world more ‘liveable’. Interaction with the arts entertains us and challenges the imagination.
Artistic expression beautifies our world and, on occasion, takes us outside of our comfort zone.
The arts develop our economy and encourage tourism.
Without a strong arts and culture ethic our world is a poorer place.
1948 United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights,
“Everyone has the right to freely participate in the cultural life of the community.”
